Back during Thanksgiving, Jimmy Hall’s video crew headed from Raleigh, NC to Mt. Olive to shoot behind the scenes of how Turkey cold cuts are produced. The folks at History Channel’s Modern Marvels are putting together an entire show on Cold Cuts. And, Go To Team was there to cover every minute of the production process.

The high definition video crew used the Panasonic Varicam for a full day of shooting throughout the Butterball facility. As you can, see Butterball is really concerned with flavor and not so much with the appearance of their outfits. The episode is currently airing on the History Channel.
