Managing Partner / Chief Operating Officer
Shawn Moffatt runs Go To Team. He’s usually on a plane visiting our great friends/clients. He focuses on meeting with clients to understand their business and growing Go To Team through mergers and acquisitions. He loves leveraging connections to try and solve huge problems in the media industry. He’s in charge of business development, market expansion, and overseeing the employees in the organization. Shawn’s been in TV more than 25 years. He knows almost everyone in the industry or is one connection away. He loves this and is glad he decided not to go to law school. Out of the office, Shawn is spending time with his wife and three children.
Courtney organizes and manages over 1600 shoot days a year for clients including ESPN, Fox Sports, NBC, The Golf Channel, and HGTV. In addition, she manages the schedules of GTT’s 17 staff directors of photography, cameramen and apprentices. Courtney graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. While at the university, she worked at Gamecock Productions, where she filmed, shot and edited pieces for USC’s Athletic Department. At Gamecock Productions, Courtney helped develop, shoot and edit a Telly and Emmy Award-winning miniseries called, “Gamecock Confidential”. It was at her time working with the Facility Sales department at NFL Films where she decided to pursue a career in production management. Away from the office, Courtney enjoys listening to vinyls and helping out with graphics during South Carolina Home Games. Go Cocks!
After graduation, Erin joined Go To Team as a Production Coordinator. In this role, she organizes the business, finance and employment issues in film and television productions. As well as making sure everything runs smoothly during filming and projects stay within budget and on schedule. She graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. While at USC Upstate, she was a captain and catcher for the Spartan softball team. On the weekends Erin enjoys interior designing and working on her cooking skills.
A Georgia native, Brandon Dye joined Go To Team as the Financial Controller. He oversees month-end financial reports, balances sheet reconciliation, data entry and payment processing. Before joining Go To Team, he was an accountant for five years at a pest management company where he increased process improvement for the business. Additionally, Brandon served as a Financial Analyst at Topself Catering Company. Brandon graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Brandon bleeds Go To Team’s colors, red and black, which works out well because he’s also UGA’s #1 football fan. On most days, you can find Brandon decked out in Georgia apparel while watching the dawgs play with his wife and two kids. He’s also a quick books pro.
Carason Lehmann joined Go To Team as the Marketing Coordinator. Carason handles all of Go To Team’s social media campaigns, brand developments, and executing marketing plans. On a day-to-day basis, she invests her time researching to increase success of the business. During her time at the College of Charleston, Carason interned for Go To Team as well as The Reynolds Group. Her internships consisted of blogging, managing media alerts, brainstorming sessions and creating pitches. Carason is an enthusiastic television show binge watcher, cat obsessed and a Charleston foodie.
